This strategic acquisition, which involves an estimated €40 billion (approximately $46 billion) worth of properties projected for 2024, significantly enhances Newmark's Valuation & Advisory sector. The integration of Catella Valuation Advisory is set to bolster Newmark's operational footprint in France, expanding its workforce to around 200 employees since the opening of its office there in 2024.
